Stephen Fells is a Network Earth founder and successfully manages and provides strategic direction for Network Earth. Stephen is also responsible for managing Network Earth finances, operations and client relationships. In addition to founding Network Earth, Stephen Fells was a co-founder of ParentWatch, Inc. (now Arrowsight, Inc.) an industry leader in child care Internet based viewing systems. ParentWatch, Inc. (now Arrowsight, Inc.) raised over $35,000,000 to date.

His experience includes working for many diverse companies and his computer background includes over 17 years in banking, Government and British Police services. Educated in England, Stephen initially worked in a Bank Manager Trainee position for National Westminster Bank in Essex, England.

He moved to the Cayman Islands, in the British West Indies, in 1992 where he worked for the Government before moving to New York in 1994. Originally working for U.S. Trust Bank on their existing database infrastructure and Internet projects, Stephen started Network Earth to provide a high service Internet Company as the growth in this market started to explode.

Stephen is a member of MENSA, a Master SCUBA Diving Instructor with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors and is an Honorary Member of The New York International Police Association. He is also an Associate Member of The Institute for the Management of Information Systems in London, England and a member of The Churchill Center.
