Bon Secours Richmond is a non-profit Catholic healthcare system that operates four award-winning hospitals and provides a variety of healthcare services and is one of metropolitan Richmond's largest employers with more than 5,000 employees.

Project Description
The project scope was to convert an existing four-hour, instructor-led training course into a 90-minute Web-based training course. Our Instructional Designer worked together with our sales staff to create an initial Needs Analysis from client-supplied training materials. This provided Bon Secours with a clear overview of the Web Based Training (WBT) requirements.
